In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Clearwater Yacht Club Annual Holiday Lighted Boat Parade, and being fully knowledgeable of the risks while boating day or night, I agree that the above listed vessel is in compliance with the United States Coast Guard Regulations pertaining to the requirements to carry, store, maintain and use the safety equipment required by the U.S. Coast Guard and to hold harmless Clearwater Yacht Club, their Officers, Directors, and the event committee in the performance of their duties from any and all damages, losses, claims, suits, actions, expenses, or liabilities which may directly or indirectly arise from my participation in the Clearwater Yacht Club Annual Holiday Lighted Boat Parade.
